A little about who we are

Taxually is a PE backed SaaS scale up revolutionising the world of tax compliance with cutting-edge automation and expert services. Trusted by over 15,000 customers globally, we simplify indirect tax compliance for businesses of all sizes. With our state-of-the-art platform we’re helping companies thrive in the digital era.

Our mission? To make tax compliance easy, transparent, and efficient.

The type of person who works here is driven, motivated, empowered and proud.

Our culture

We don't offer baroque job titles or set up rigid reporting lines. Instead, we build our team through trust, equality and fairness, giving our people autonomy and freedom to achieve their highest potential, and of course making tax compliance easier than ever before.

What we look for

We've built some of the best tax technology that the world has to offer, and we're keen to further expand our teams - that's where you come in. We're looking for a full time Talent Partner to support our international team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process with precision and efficiency. You will ensure our hiring managers are well-supported, enforce recruitment policies, and maintain excellent administrative standards in our recruitment system.

What you'll be doing

Here are a few hints on what you are expected to do at Taxually:

  • Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates through multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.) across all departments.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and evaluations of candidates and applicants.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Process Compliance & Administration: Maintain high-quality documentation in the recruitment system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, guidelines, and best practices across all hiring activities.
  • Prioritization & Adaptability: Manage multiple open positions at once, effectively shifting priorities as needed while maintaining high performance.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Act as a reliable point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth and professional recruitment experiences.
What skills will be useful

With the right attitude there is nothing you can't achieve. Nevertheless bringing the following fundamental skills may help you succeed in your role at Taxually:

  • Close to native/Professional English language knowledge.
  • Native Hungarian language knowledge.
  • 2-4 years proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing across various business areas.
  • Excellent organisation & communication skills.
  • Extremely reliable with administration.
  • Empathetic and kind even on rainy days.
  • Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented with a solution-driven attitude.
  • Flexible personality, comfortable with shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.

If you are a curious, precise, self-driven and highly flexible team player on top of being a self-learner and independent problem-solver, we will not even ask you for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Why join Taxually?

Taxually has grown exponentially since it's inception in 2018, and is now at the forefront of a multi-billion dollar industry. We enjoy a very flat structure, which offers a genuine opportunity for serious career growth, and to learn from some of the leading minds in our field. We're an ambitious, close-knit, hardworking team, and have big growth plans, ensuring this is a great time to join us on our path to make a big impact on the further success of the wider business.

Don't meet all of the role requirements?

Don't worry! We care about outcomes rather than tickbox criteria, and it's often the case that the perfect person for the role has a CV that looks a little different.

Research (by Harvard University 🤓) shows that women are particularly likely to second-guess themselves and not apply — so if you’re worried you don’t meet all the criteria, get in touch anyhow and let us do the worrying.

At Taxually, we are committed to building a company that includes people from a variety of different backgrounds. We're particularly interested in hearing from people from typically underrepresented groups in the tech industry.
