Client Partner / Business Development Managers

Do you come from a Recruitment, Exec Search, RPO environment or similar and are looking for something different, less transactional? Something where you can use your solid relationship building skills to add real value to the talent strategy of global businesses?

Armstrong Craven are growing significantly on an international basis, and as a result we are looking for outstanding Business Development professionals to join us help take us to the next level.

Our Client Partner roles are a mix of new business and existing client development, and will see you truly partner with HR and Talent Acquisition professionals on a global level to help them identify the need and scope the solutions to their talent challenges. Aligned to one of our key practice areas, you will build and maintain relationships with your clients, presenting innovative, creative, and sector leading solutions, becoming their go to person for global talent mapping, pipe-lining and insight.

We are looking for people who are truly consultative, skilled at solutions sales and able building lasting client relationships. You will ideally be proven in selling HR / Recruitment solutions, and be ready to challenge yourself in a unique and rapidly growing business.
