Job description

Overview:

Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company who focuses on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations. We are currently seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Coordinator to support approved FMS cases for TAK capabilities to include familiarization, equipping, on-site support, documentation, and reach back support as a part of a team in a distributed/remote environment. Candidate must be able to travel to FMS case countries and provide coordination to provide TAK products as well as provide rudimentary training on TAK products as it pertains to the FMS case.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple DevSecOps teams simultaneously in evaluating and improving the cyber security (both offensive and defensive) of TAK Products.
  • Write reports, development notes, and wikis for supporting documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5 years’ experience with documented FMS work.
  • Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.
  • Expertise with ITAR and the specifics of exporting defense related software solutions.
  • Expertise in the use and application of TAK products, configuration and use of TAK on a variety of end user devices (EUDs) with an emphasis on Android enabled products.
  • Valid US Passport and willingness to travel internationally (solo or as a part of a small team).
  • Multinational operational experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using TAK products.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in an engineering, physics, mathematics, physics or Computer Science field.
  • Experience with mobile device management.
  • Can establish and maintain radio, data link, and mesh networks with TAK platforms.
  • Has used TAK in a combat environment.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and service offerings in support of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with UI/UX design process and reviews (emphasis in obtaining user feedback).
  • JTAC or JFO qualification.
Additional Information:
  • Able to travel CONUS and OCONUS and to work in a field environment with US and coalition troops.
