About this role
Technitask is growing quickly and looking to build its operational capacity and capability within the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for supporting our healthcare client by managing their healthcare and clinical IT projects.
What you’ll need
[MANDATORY] Valid certification in Organizational Change Management.
[MANDATORY] Valid PRINCE2 Foundation level or higher PRINCE2 certification.
10 years’ experience as an Organizational Change Management Specialist. Performed stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness to accommodate the implementation of change.
10 years’ experience creating communications strategies, plans, and key messaging for large scale organizational changes. Developed and executed communication strategies for organizational changes.
5 years’ experience in an OCM leadership role. Planned OCM work and mentored OCM and communications resources.
5 years’ experience as a communications lead. Worked with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and provided communications coaching.
2 years’ experience implementing or updating changes to SAP on an organization-wide scale.
1 year of experience providing OCM support for implementations of the Allscripts suite of products in a clinical environment.
1 year of experience providing OCM for implementations related to Lab Orders integrations across acute care facilities.

Hours: 7.75 hours/day
Primarily remote, with some co-location for internal or customer work.
