How you will contribute

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to generate high-quality leads and fuel our inside sales pipeline. This role is crucial for identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and contributing to our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong research, communication, and organizational skills.

 

· Identify and research potential clients using online tools, databases, and social media platforms.

· Develop targeted lists of prospects based on defined buyer personas and market segments.

· Use outbound techniques (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to engage with potential clients.

· Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making processes.

· Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.

· Stay up-to-date on industry news, products, and solutions.

· Work closely with the marketing team to execute and optimize lead-generation campaigns.

· Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates.

· Establish initial contact and build rapport with prospects to create trust and interest.

· Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s products and services.

 

Qualifications 

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales.

· 2+ years of experience with strategic partnerships.

· Proven ability to meet or exceed lead-generation targets.

· Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).

· Exceptional research and prospecting skills.

· Ability to build relationships quickly and professionally.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

· Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.

 

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $75,000-$85,000 depending upon level of experience,
