• Lead and guide software development teams in designing, coding, and implementing high-quality solutions
  
• Provide technical expertise and strategic direction in system architecture and design decisions
  
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
  
• Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth
  
• Review and assess code quality, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
  
• Oversee project development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
  
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks to ensure project success
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices
  
• Act as a subject matter expert in technical discussions and decision-making processes
  
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation efforts
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  
• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Lead or in a similar technical leadership role
  
• Strong expertise in software development, architecture, and design principles
  
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the company's tech stack
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage development teams effectively
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management
  
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices
  
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead in a fast-paced environment
  
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus
