IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

The main responsibility is to provide the team with requirements gathered directly from the stakeholders;
Manage product and sprint backlogs;
Document requirements;
Clarify acceptance criteria;
Prepare user stories for refinement and planning; conduct backlog refinement sessions;
Collaborate with the design team on designs;
Work on upcoming features for future releases;
Support the Dev and QA teams by communicating all functionality-related details;
Capture all potential requirements, adjustments, and feedback from different channels in consolidated places (backlog, Confluence, etc.).

IF YOU HAVE:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
Strong expertise in requirements elicitation techniques;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies;
Proficiency with task tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
Experience in AI/ML projects is a plus.
