2+ years of experience as a business analyst. Advanced Excel skills – ability to write macros is highly desirable. Strong analytical capability – ability to interpret data beyond basic processing. Proven research skills – ability to identify, locate, and analyze relevant data. Prior exposure to the healthcare industry is ideal. Experience in financial analysis and ability to work with financial statements. Ability to prepare mid-level reports and documents summarizing research and analysis.

Core responsibilities:

Build data cubes for residential aged care and hospitals in Australia. Prepare models and financials for use in information memorandums. Conduct summary financial analysis for due diligence and strategy work. Develop forecasting models and other analytical tools. Conduct in-depth research to locate and analyze relevant information. Undertake data scraping for various business applications. Provide mid-level findings reports and documents based on research and analysis. Read, interpret, and analyze financial statements including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements. Assist in building development and financial forecast models to support business decision-making.
