Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and streamline sales processes, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with overall business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Manage and oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and goal-setting activities
  • Coordinate and support sales team training, onboarding, and development initiatives
  • Optimize CRM and other sales-related software to enhance team productivity
  • Lead the implementation of sales automation tools and technologies
  • Provide sales teams with timely and accurate information, tools, and resources
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in sales operations

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or in a similar sales operations role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing sales performance
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and technologies
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
