We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our sales executives. As a Sales Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sales-related documentation. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the sales department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for sales executives.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and contact lists.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as managing expense reports and processing orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and track sales activities, follow up on leads, and maintain CRM system data accuracy.
  • Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and customer visits.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Sales Assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and sales administration best practices.
  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
