We are looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales efforts and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and a proactive approach to engaging potential clients. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for reaching out to provided leads, understanding their needs, and qualifying them for further sales processes. Experience in the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) sector would be highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to a daily list to identify potential business opportunities.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them for further sales processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments set.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through professional and persuasive communication.
Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in the NDIS sector, to effectively address client needs.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and a professional phone demeanour.
Experience or knowledge of the NDIS sector is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Set-up and Location: WFH/Remote
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) | 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
