Salary: R22 000 plus commision
Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with a passion for cyber security? We are looking for an Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive high-volume outbound prospecting efforts to introduce our Penetration Testing & Risk Assessment services to key decision-makers.
✅ Outbound Prospecting:
Make high-volume outbound calls to targeted UK companies (50+ employees).
Engage with Retail, Software Development, Energy & Utilities, and Fintech sectors (excluding government).
✅ Lead Qualification:
Identify and qualify high-potential leads based on predefined criteria.
Focus on engaging key decision-makers in IT and Cyber Security.
✅ Pitch & Value Proposition:
Clearly communicate the benefits of our penetration testing and risk assessment services.
Highlight the importance of robust cyber security strategies.
✅ Appointment Setting:
Schedule discovery calls or qualified meetings for the sales team.
Ensure a seamless handover of leads.
✅ Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Pipedrive CRM.
✅ Collaboration:
Work closely with the Commercial Manager to refine messaging and improve campaign strategy.
✅ Adaptability & Reporting:
Adjust strategies based on market feedback and campaign updates.
Provide tri-weekly reports (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) on call outcomes, appointment setting rates, and pipeline status.
🔹 Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation.
🔹 Strong communication and persuasion skills.
🔹 Experience in Cyber Security, IT Services, or SaaS sales (preferred but not required).
🔹 Ability to work independently and meet targets.
🔹 Experience using CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred).
