We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our inbound sales and proposal management processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys collaborating across teams. The Coordinator will play a critical role in managing inbound leads, supporting the sales pipeline, overseeing RFP processes, and contributing to internal process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales Management
• Engage with incoming leads through chat, email, and marketing platforms
• Qualify and nurture prospects to advance them through the sales funnel
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and priorities
• Conduct follow-ups with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth communication
• Manage CRM records and sales data for accurate tracking
• Own the sales-to-operations handoff process, including updating Zoho tasks and battle cards
• Serve as a backup for the Business Development Manager (BDM) in daily sales meetings and out-of-office coverage
Proposal Management
• Identify and evaluate RFP opportunities to align with business objectives
• Manage and maintain the RFP content library to improve efficiency
• Develop and refine the internal RFP response process for better collaboration
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines for internal team members involved in RFP submissions
Internal Projects & Process Improvement
• Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency
• Support various internal projects as needed to improve sales and marketing operations
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or a related role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience with proposal management or RFP processes is a plus
