Job description

HR Recruiter  

Notice Period - Immediate 

Salary: 5,000.00 - 8,000.00 per month plus incentives 

Experience: 6m-2 years 

Roles and responsibilities: 

End to end recruitment 

Scheduling the candidates for interviews. 

Good in Relationship management across team members, clients and candidates. 

Good command in verbal and written communication skills 

Quick learner 

Should be able to handle recruitment at all levels. 

Making 30-40 recruitment calls per day 

Calling, shortlisting, and coordinating with the candidate 

Screening the candidates CVs via job portals 

Shortlisting and scheduling for job interviews 

Counselling & convincing the candidates 

Searching suitable profile of the candidate using job portals, referrals and social 

media 

Learning how to create & send JDs, interview call letters, reminder emails, and 

rejection emails 

Learning how to create MS Word/PDF CVs as per the format. 

Maintaining and preparing daily Excel sheets/ Google sheets. 

Calling and following up with the candidates till joining. 

Training will be imparted to the candidate. 

  • Work from home option. 

Salary

5000 - 10000 INR (Per Month)
