Job Description

As a Property Marketing Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s dynamic operations, managing a vast array of visual content that brings properties to life. Responsibilities
  • Efficiently collect and organize floor plans and photos from a network of skilled editors and photographers
  • Manage the upload and distribution of property photos across various online platforms, ensuring optimal presentation
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all incoming visual content to maintain the highest standards
  • Act as a key communicator between clients and editors, facilitating revisions and updates to meet specific requirements
  • Handle email correspondence professionally and manage scheduling using advanced calendar systems
  • Operate and maintain the company’s CRM system (Airtable), ensuring all client data and project information is up-to-date
  • Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in research tasks and optimize workflow processes
  • Curate and upload engaging content to social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram, to boost property visibility
  • Develop and maintain an extensive, well-organized database of property photos and documents for easy access and reference
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in Airtable being a significant advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively use new software and AI tools
  • Basic understanding of photo editing principles and floor plan concepts
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection to handle large file transfers and ensure seamless communication
