Position Overview:

Rewst is searching for a Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of value and differentiation for our automation platform. This individual will work hand in glove with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver messaging, positioning, content, and enablement that entices and excites Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role also affords the opportunity to further establish your personal brand through thought leadership presentations, webinars, and content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in our automation platform, buyer personas, and customer journey; craft messaging and positioning that maps buyers’ pain to product differentiation and value drivers.

  • Partner with product management to launch and promote new products and features, working cross functionally to deliver the required messaging, content, and enablement.

  • Develop product collateral, presentations, and other solutions content for the revenue team to leverage in conversations with buyers and customers.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design marketing campaigns; act as a SME to support the creation of eBooks, webinars, blogs and other supporting content.

  • Work cross functionally to gather and use competitive intelligence to refine our messaging and deliver battle cards and other CI deliverables.

  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to help inform our product roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of product marketing experience for a B2B SaaS company.

  • Knowledge of RPA/low-code tools and/or the MSP industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communications skills, including ability to make complex concepts easy to understand.

  • The ability to collaborate across teams and inspire others to deliver A+ work to meet shared goals.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills.

  • A positive attitude and desire to continuously learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.
