The Opportunity

We are hiring for a Partner Evangelist to Lead the Partner rollout of key FY25 Sales plays focused on AEM and WKFT. This includes (but is not limited to) Asset Mgmt, Workflow & Planning, Omnichannel Content Activation, and others.  This individual will drive rigor and tracking of Partner related activities as related to pipeline growth, and pipeline progression. We are looking for an energetic, driven professional that will lead and Implement account engagement strategy (Land and Expand) across Tier 2 Adobe partnerships.  

What you’ll do

  • Lead the Partner roll-out of FY25 CSC GTM strategies.  
  • Engage with Partner Leads to drive knowledge and pursuits around AEM and Workfront through the promotion of existing GTM Sales plays.  
  • Validate Sales and Implementation expertise through collaboration with Partner Sales teams. 
  •  Collaborate with CSC Specialist, and Management teams to execute and track co-marketing and co-selling strategies with partners, helping to create joint value propositions that drive pipeline growth  
  • Assist Product Specialists with early-stage opportunities in identifying possible Partners that may help to influence and accelerate opportunity progression. 
  • Coordinate Partner demos/workshops with CSC Specialists and relevant ecosystem teams. 
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting 
  • Monitor partner success metrics and performance, providing feedback to both the partner and internal teams to improve outcomes 
  • Work closely with Specialist, Marketing, Product, and Partner Sales teams to align efforts and ensure seamless Partner experience. 
  • Work directly with Product Management on new features/partnerships 
  • Call cadence with Product Management, Product Marketing and Technical Operations to discuss Sales Plays, Roadmap, Partner & Product Issues 

What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years of developing and driving GTM strategy, ideally within the Partner sales organization
  • Experience Driving new pipeline through Go-To-Market Strategy within Saas or Digital Marketing.
  • Familiarity with Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, and other digital marketing technologies
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively across functional teams and organizations.
  • Experience with Performance Tracking & Reporting in an Enterprise, SaaS, Sales environment.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating calm and thoughtful leadership in solving problems and seizing opportunities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $184,000 -- $313,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
