Circit is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that is on a mission to verify the trusted source in every business transaction. We are creating a global asset verification platform that allows auditors to deliver higher quality financial audits and spend more time helping businesses to create greater value for all economic stakeholders. Our current customer base includes big four accountancy firms, fund administrators, as well as global banks.

 

We are looking for an ambitious Audit Sales Partner to join the team at an exciting time to accelerate a key market’s expansion. To excel in this role, you should embody an entrepreneurial spirit, possess audit experience, and demonstrate a strong drive, ambition, and hunger for sales success. With an eagerness to combine technical knowledge and commercial acumen to contribute to UK revenue goals, align products with market requirements and support the team in identifying opportunities. There will be a high level of commitment required for a challenging role in a start-up environment and you will be involved in the roll-out of ground-breaking new SaaS products. This is a chance to join a stellar Fintech team already delivering on global ambitions.

 

Role and Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  •  Develop a deep understanding of the products, value propositions and target ICPs to drive new and existing revenue opportunities in the UK, working closely with the existing commercial team.
  • Foster robust stakeholder relationships with identified accounts, expanding connections into Technical & Methodology teams.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across client organisations.
  • Analyse existing database and metrics to identify opportunities or areas for improvement.
  • Identify and build a pipeline of new business to meet quarterly new revenue targets.
  • Contribute and collaborate with product SMEs to ensure alignment with market requirements and strengthen the Circit proposition.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design to create high quality sales collateral and outbound sales programmes.
  • Track and communicate internally market trends and drivers to support company knowledge building.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of solutions.
  • Record activity in Hubspot and other systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years’ experience in the audit profession; with a deep understanding of industry stakeholder drivers & priorities. ICAEW & ACCA qualified.
  • Ideally, proven experience in Sales in a commercial or customer facing role with a proven track record of winning deals
  • Strong technical background with a good understanding of the audit processes and compliance standard.
  • Comfortable and confident in delivering technical presentations / demos to either customers or internal teams
  • Able to think creatively about a wide variety of challenges.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability adapt quickly to market dynamics;
  • Pervious Asset Management experience would be advantageous ;
  • Excellent communication skills and a personality that builds happy client relationships;
  • Desire to be part of and to help grow a great team;
  • A passion for technology, innovation and working with high growth start-ups - enjoys working in fast-paced non-hierarchical teams;
  • Ability to create partnerships that will lead to additional revenue and a broader product offering;
  • A collaborative approach, working with multiple departments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Prior experience in a technical sales role is highly desirable.

 

 

The role includes the ability to work remotely however travel to both customers and events in UK would be a key part of the role.
