Job description

This position is fully remote and available for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive National Sales Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll support both clients and internal sales teams with administrative tasks like managing promotional submissions, sales presentations, customer forms, and system updates. If you’re organized, a great communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete customer paperwork as requested, including new item forms, cost change forms, etc.
  • Submit and maintain promotional paperwork for assigned customers with accuracy.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure product and pricing accuracy on customer paperwork.
  • Maintain SharePoint files and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
  • Previous experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with grocery retailers is a plus.

TOOLS AND SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Experience with 1WorldSync and/or DemandTec is preferred.
