Job Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Account Management to lead our Account Management team, driving customer success, retention, and revenue expansion across our client base. This role is critical in building strong client relationships, maximizing customer value, and driving strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in enterprise account management, fintech, fraud prevention, and identity verification with a track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
About the Role:
Lead and scale the Account Management team, setting strategic direction and ensuring world-class customer engagement.
Develop and execute customer retention and expansion strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor on fraud prevention, identity verification, and risk management.
Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, partnering with Sales and Product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
Oversee customer health metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing action plans to improve retention.
Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous value delivery.
Develop and implement best-in-class account management processes, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
Provide executive-level reporting and insights on customer trends, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
Job Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing enterprise customers, driving retention, and expanding revenue.
Deep knowledge of fraud prevention, identity verification, risk management, or fintech industries.
Strong ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders both internally and externally.
Data-driven mindset with experience in customer health analytics, churn prevention, and account expansion strategies.
Experience in SaaS or technology-driven businesses, ideally in a high-growth environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for customer success and delivering measurable business impact.
Salary Disclosure:
Base Salary range: $215,000-260,000
This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus. This position is eligible for a generous sales incentive bonus.
