Global Marketing Manager

Peerspace invites people to find, share, and book the most magical spaces in the world. Since 2014, our community has been opening the door to thousands of spaces – from lofts and mansions to storefronts and studios – helping people to create one-of-a-kind experiences that would not be possible elsewhere. In total, over 15 million people have been welcomed into a Peerspace location, and we're looking for people who want to help us reach the next 100 million.

The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Global Marketing Manager to lead Peerspace's traffic growth initiatives across our target international markets. Based in London or the surrounding region, this critical role sits at the intersection of our global marketing strategy and local market execution. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape Peerspace's international presence while working closely with both the Marketing and local Ops teams. As the marketing champion for our international expansion, you'll have full autonomy over local marketing initiatives while maintaining strong alignment with our global brand strategy. This role is both hands-on and strategic, and will be responsible for driving traffic growth outside the US, with a particular focus on SEO, content marketing, partnerships, digital PR, and campaign management.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

Identify, secure, and manage relationships with local affiliate marketing partners—such as brands, influencers, media outlets, industry blogs, and others—to launch new affiliate marketing campaign in support of traffic and brand building efforts
Manage content creation for local markets, including maintaining a content calendar, and support our global SEO strategy as needed
Recruit and oversee freelance writers for country-specific content optimized for SEO and building website domain authority
Plan and execute field marketing initiatives to build greater presence with key customer segments
Establish and manage local affiliate and ambassador programs
Secondary Responsibilities:
Oversee all relevant performance metrics for local marketing campaigns and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
Partner with US-based marketing teams (e.g. SEM, Lifecycle, Brand) and in-country Ops teams on various marketing campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all local marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

Required:

5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with focus on content marketing, SEO, and partnerships
Proven track record in supporting market expansion for US companies
Fluent in English, working knowledge of French
Understanding of both paid and unpaid marketing channels
Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities
      Excellent analytical and budgeting skills
Preferred:
Background in events, hospitality, tourism or similar industry
Experience working remotely, and managing freelancers and agencies
Fluency in French is preferred but not required
