Job description

This is a remote position.

The purpose of this application form is to gather potential talent for future job openings.

In this role, you'll assist clients with GoHighLevel CRM, helping them track marketing efforts, manage email campaigns, and create or optimize funnels. Your goal is to ensure seamless CRM functionality while meeting client expectations

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 technical support via chat, email, and Zoom.
Diagnose and resolve CRM-related issues.
Build strong client relationships to support their goals.
Create documentation and training materials.
Escalate complex issues and collaborate across teams.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
Contribute to software improvement, marketing, and sales initiatives.

Requirements

1+ years of GoHighLevel experience.
Customer-facing technical support experience.
Familiarity with marketing tools (ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, Zapier, etc.).
Basic CSS, HTML, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate in a small team.
Reliable internet access.
Experience with both Agency View & Agency Side in GoHighLevel is a plus.
