This is a remote position.

Job Description

As a GHL Expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how coaches and therapists leverage technology to scale their businesses. This unique position blends client-facing communication with hands-on technical implementation, offering a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You’ll guide clients through our innovative AI-powered business strategy tools while customizing their GHL CRM setups, creating a seamless experience that drives tangible results. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy communicator who thrives on solving complex problems and has a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging onboarding calls with clients, introducing them to our suite of AI-driven business strategy tools
  • Design and implement tailored GHL CRM setups, including custom websites, high-converting landing pages, and automated workflows
  • Manage the entire client journey from initial consultation to final handover, ensuring a white-glove service experience
  • Leverage our proprietary AI tools to assist clients in crafting compelling marketing content, developing unique selling propositions, and mapping customer journeys
  • Create and optimize sub-accounts within the GHL platform, tailoring each setup to the client’s specific needs
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, continuously improving CRM efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and streamline internal processes

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in the coaching and therapy sectors
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications in business strategy and growth
  • Proficiency in website creation and landing page design, with an eye for user experience and conversion optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Experience in the coaching, therapy, or personal development industry is a plus
  • Ability to handle 4-5 client setups per week, each requiring 7-10 hours of dedicated work
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest CRM and AI technologies
