We are seeking a seasoned Lead Dynamics CRM Software Engineer to join our team at EPAM.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive skills in customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM for both new setups and existing configurations. This position will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing our CRM solutions to effectively meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the customization and configuration of Dynamics CRM systems
Develop and implement plugins, workflows, and actions to extend CRM capabilities
Utilize MS PowerApps and Power Automate to enhance business processes
Oversee development projects using WCF and Web API
Ensure best practices in JavaScript application within CRM solutions
Uphold SOLID principles throughout software development phases
Apply design pattern knowledge to software architecture in CRM
Manage unit testing and TDD methodologies in project cycles
Oversee CI/CD processes using Git, Jenkins, or VSTS
Communicate effectively with clients to capture requirements and provide solutions
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of consulting and customization experience in MS Dynamics CRM
Expertise in MS Dynamics CRM 2016/Dynamics 365 (both on-premises and online) functionalities
Proficiency in development with MS PowerApps and Power Automate, WCF, and Web API
Knowledge of JavaScript, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Understanding of TDD concepts and CI/CD practices
Experience in Agile methodology
Proven track record of client communication
Advanced level in both spoken and written English (C1)
Nice to have
Background in .NET and ASP.NET Core
Competency in ASP.NET MVC development
Proficiency in AngularJS/Angular 2, React, TypeScript
Experience with MS Azure Services and Amazon Web Services
