As we continue to grow our healthcare professional panel base, we are simultaneously expanding our customer platform offering. It is an exciting time to join Apollo and contribute to the identification and development of strategic recruitment opportunities through industry partnerships, referrals, and networking events. We are seeking an EU Member Recruitment Specialist to support the expansion of our healthcare professional panel base across Europe, the United Kingdom, and Canada. This role is integral to the implementation of innovative strategies that will attract healthcare professionals (HCPs) and strengthen our high-quality research panel. 

Your Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract HCPs across multiple regions, with a primary focus on Europe.
• Identify and establish partnerships with healthcare organisations, media companies, and affiliates to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
• Represent Apollo Intelligence at conferences, training sessions, and networking events to enhance Apollo's presence and build lasting professional relationships.
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and continuously refine outreach strategies.
• Work independently while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues across the EU and UK, fostering teamwork while driving self-directed business development.

What We’re Looking For 

• Business Fluency in Spanish, Italian, German, or French, in addition to business fluency in English.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, business development, healthcare engagement, or market research.
• Demonstrated ability to research, plan, and execute recruitment initiatives, particularly in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate recruitment performance and optimise outreach efforts accordingly.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe to support recruitment activities and attend industry events.
