As the Director of Revenue Systems, you will be a strategic leader responsible for designing and optimizing the technology and processes that drive revenue growth and retention. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate cross-functionally to develop a scalable, efficient, and data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) infrastructure. As part of this role, you will build and lead a team of systems analysts and administrators.
This is a high-impact role where you will shape the future of our GTM tech stack, ensure seamless integration of tools across the full client lifecycle, and drive effectiveness across the organization.
What You’ll DoRecruit, develop, and lead a dedicated team of revenue systems analysts and administratorsDefine the vision and roadmap for our GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring it supports scalable revenue growth and enhanced productivityOversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of key revenue systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business needsManage the hands-on configuration GTM systems, including Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, Calendly and Customer Success tooling throughout the implementation lifecycleManage the integrations, connectors, and workflows within and between GTM systems that more or sync data, and continuously monitor to ensure expected resultsManage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee renewals for all GTM tools, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising functionalityPartner with Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, Finance, and Legal leadership to map and optimize GTM processes, eliminating inefficiencies and redundanciesContinuously evaluate new GTM technologies in market with an eye towards continual improvement and enhancement of operational efficiencyWho You Are8+ years in revenue operations or revenue systems management roles within SaaS or high-growth technology environments. Experience in a leadership role preferredDeep expertise in core revenue technologies including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot), and sales engagement technologies (e.g., Gong, Calendly, Planhat, Mixmax)Proven track record of evaluating, selecting, implementing, and managing revenue technology stacks at scaleAbility to develop and execute long-term system architectures and roadmapsStrategic problem solver with a data-driven mindset, capable of translating business needs into scalable system solutionsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiativesA hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing strategic vision with executionApptegy will not consider remote candidates from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington for this opening.
