  • Prepare materials for quarterly demand review meetings and support demand modeling for the Annual Operating Plan.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track actuals vs plan, evaluate variances, capture issues, identify trends, and develop action plans based on findings to drive continual improvement in forecast accuracy
  • Analyze performance of key forecast drivers, including promotional activities, new product launches, pricing, etc., and derive insights to inform forecast adjustments
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop estimates for volume generating initiatives, ensure supply availability, and incorporate changes into plan in a timely manner
  • Prepare materials for quarterly demand review meetings
  • Support demand modeling for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Latest Estimates (LE)
  • Assist with state-level MSRP management and pricing initiatives and manage the analytics driving these decisions
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as well as ad hoc requests, as assigned

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Highly detail oriented

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3+ years experience in forecasting, demand/supply planning, finance, business operations, or data analysis related roles

Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given
geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.
