Join the Audi F1 Project - Shape the Future of Motorsport!
Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. 
 
 Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. 
 
 The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

Your mission
  • Analyze data, methods, and processes in close collaboration with the stakeholders and the development team
  • Synthesize and process information from various sources (sensors, timing, images, video, audio, etc.)
  • Develop concepts for advanced analysis solutions using state-of-the-art technology, methods, and proprietary mathematical models
  • Drive the deployment of such concepts for production together with the stakeholders and the development team
  • Drive the definition and implementation of a sustainable, modern data governance strategy across the company and be an evangelist for a data-driven culture in the company
Your profile
  • Degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a similar field
  • Strong background in data science, applied mathematics, and numerical analysis
  • Experience in developing and applying advanced data analytics tools using state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies
  • Coding experience, especially in Python
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
