Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. This role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.


Requirements
  • Willingness to undergo a 15-day unpaid training period.​
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
