Job description

This is a great opportunity for anyone with experience interacting with clients at a financial services company like an RIA (registered investment advisor) or insurance company. This role is fully remote, working with a fully remote company. Applicants with experience managing accounts at Schwab will have preference. No licensing required. 

Hippocratic Financial is a 12-year old company that helps physicians in the USA to build financial security by offering a variety of integrated financial services designed for physicians. Our services include financial advising, financial planning, asset management, insurance, accounting, legal and student loan management. We are a well-run company using modern processes and software tailed to our needs.   

In this role you can explore a variety of responsibilities related to serving clients from correspondence to the coordination of tasks related to our custodian.  

In this role, you act as a guide, communicator and organizer for 50 to 150 members (clients) as they interact with the specialists in our company (advisors, planners, lawyers, accountants). You become the expert on your members situation and the company so you can help them efficiently get the most of their experience with the company. You must be able to interact with a relaxed professionalism that engenders a feeling of confidence in our members. Almost all communication is done via email or text message.  

Our members need and want our help. They are mostly doctors who are devoted to their work and hard to get ahold of. We do not tolerate members who are disrespectful. 

In this position, you will join our existing team of five client service associates and their back office support team who work together to keep the company working smoothly. We use one custodian: Schwab. We are newly SEC registered. We design and build our own software on Microsoft Dynamics. We offer 401k after one year of employment. No health insurance is offered at this time.

Requirement 

  • 2+ Years of experience working with financial services or a passion for financial services 
  • Be available most weekdays for a video conference between 7 and 8am Pacific Time
