Job Overview**
Position Schedule: Part-Time
The Service Division is seeking a Tailored BOA Support Specialist to provide remote Branch Office Administrator (BOA) support to existing Financial Advisors (FAs). Associates in this area will remotely support a minimum of 5 branches daily with answering incoming calls, handling client, vendor, and FA inquiries along with scheduling appointments and general administrative support. **
Key Responsibilities**
- Providing solutions in response to incoming telephone calls and written correspondence from FAs, BOAs, and/or clients in both an independent and team structure considering different variables such as legal/regulatory guidelines and risk to the firm; Associate will not provide solutions, guidance, and recommendations on the suitability of investments as it pertains to clients
- Completing necessary training and keeping up to date on changes in processes or information necessary to do the job
- Continuing their learning and development through daily department emails, team meetings, and continuing education sessions
- Contributing to the overall success of the team by acting as a resource for others and supporting new initiatives, projects, or process changes
- Identifying opportunities for improvements or enhancements within the team

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
Hiring Minimum: $40895
Hiring Maximum: $63295 **
Skills/Requirements**
- Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work within the office three days per week, with the preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience or comparable experience working in the financial services industry or Edward Jones is preferred
- If the candidate is applying for a Home-Based Associate position, the candidate must meet the minimum internet connectivity requirements. A satellite connection for your high-speed internet doesn't work with our current home-based setup; you need to be on a DSL or a cable high-speed internet connection. The software in the department requires a minimum of 30 Mbps down speed, 5 Mbps up speed, and less than 60 Ping Speed to perform daily functions.
- The associate will be assigned an 8:00am - 5:00pm workday. A part time associate will be asked to work every Friday, and two additional days throughout the week.

- Capable of working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, quickly learning, and applying new information
- Strong computer skills are required including proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10 functions, working on multiple monitors with remote desktop connections, basic troubleshooting concepts (i.e. clearing browser cache, restart vs close vs log out, remote connections), effective use of Microsoft Office applications, and working in multiple browsers simultaneously: Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
