Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, JavaScript (specifically Hotwire), and Tailwind. As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for developing new features, resolving issues, and keeping our core business codebase healthy. We have 1-hour meeting weekly, our team is fully operating on productivity.

Responsibilities:

Develop new features and functionalities according to our product roadmap.
Address and resolve bugs and issues in the codebase promptly.

Ensure that code quality, performance, and security standards are maintained.
