Admin Support & GoHighLevel Expertise: 2.5–5 years of experience in roles including appointment setting, admin assistance, and client management within GoHighLevel. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for handling client inquiries and appointment coordination. Call Handling Experience: Prior experience in customer service, phone support, or appointment scheduling with a professional and articulate phone presence. Tech-Savvy & Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to identify & provide a client touchpoint when issues arise with CRM automation, AI chatbot management, and general system errors. Healthcare or Wellness Industry Experience (Preferred): Background in medical weight loss, wellness, or healthcare-related services is a plus. Marketing/Ads Knowledge (Preferred): Experience assisting with marketing within GoHighLevel or similar platforms.

Core responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling & Client Follow-Up: Manage and schedule client appointments efficiently using GoHighLevel, ensuring seamless coordination with doctors and patients. Call Handling & Client Communication: Answer inbound calls, return client inquiries, and follow up with potential patients, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service. Administrative Assistance: Support day-to-day administrative tasks, data tracking, and report generation to enhance business operations and improve client engagement. GoHighLevel Support: Reach out to clients when issues arise within the GoHighLevel CRM automations or AI integrations. Lead Nurturing & AI Chatbot Support: Assist with GoHighLevel’s AI-driven chatbots, ensuring accurate responses to client inquiries, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing workflow efficiency. Outreach Support: Assist with executing client outreach efforts using GoHighLevel’s marketing features.
