Job description

Our US Partner specializes in custom product design and branding. They offer services for creating personalized items, such as branded merchandise and promotional products, utilizing techniques like screen printing, embroidery, and digital printing. Their focus is on helping businesses enhance their brand identity through custom-designed products.

As the Business Development Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for lead generation, initiating outreach, managing CRM sequences, and setting up meetings with prospective clients. You must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of holding discovery meetings to identify client needs before handing off to the appropriate BizDev team member.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize tools like LeadIQ, Apollo, and Clay to identify and pull high-potential leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

  • Scrub and manage lead lists to ensure data accuracy and relevance

  • Initiate multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) using CRM sequences in HubSpot

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Imprint Engines platform offerings to effectively communicate value propositions

  • Schedule and conduct initial discovery meetings to qualify leads

  • Document lead interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM

  • Seamlessly hand off qualified leads to the appropriate BizDev team members for follow-up

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 7 years of solid experience in a sales support role, sales/business development processes and lead generation

  • Knowledge of international markets, particularly in the US, EU, and APAC regions

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and lead generation platforms like LeadIQ, Apollo, and Clay

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex product offerings

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
