Luma Vancouver is looking for an Associate VFX Producer.
The Associate VFX Producer supports the VFX Producer in managing the overall production workflow of visual effects projects. This role involves coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring that all creative and technical aspects align with project goals. The Associate VFX Producer works closely with department leads, artists, and external partners to maintain efficient communication and production pipelines.

All positions are Work From Home role. Candidates must be located within British Colombia, and have the legal right to work in Canada to be considered only.
Responsibilities
Coordinate various departments (Asset / Anim / Comp / Lite / FX / etc)
Review all incoming notes for department relevance and distribute as needed
Track/manage notes, receivables, artist tasks / assignments
Walk the floor / gather artist needs / follow up on action items
Manage render farm priorities
Evaluate incoming media and discuss / qualify with supervisors
Take notes at internal and client meetings
Set up Cinesync sessions
Qualifications
Strong work ethic

Positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills: authoritative but approachable
Proactive with inferring and communicating priorities from available information

Knowledge of either FTrack or Shotgun preferred
