Position Overview:

Were looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Video Editor & Social Media Strategist to transform our doctor into a leading voice in health and longevity. This role goes beyond basic social media management--you will develop and execute a content strategy that drives engagement, grows our audience, and positions our doctor as an authority in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit raw video footage into compelling short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Script Writing: Develop engaging, attention-grabbing scripts for social media content.
Content Strategy: Design and execute a content calendar to drive follower growth and engagement.
Platform Optimization: Create platform-specific content tailored to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
Posting & Engagement: Manage daily video uploads and community interactions across multiple platforms.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics to assess content effectiveness and refine strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brands vision and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Video Editing Expertise: Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
Content Creation & Strategy: Ability to craft engaging content that resonates with audiences and drives organic growth.
Social Media Growth Experience: Proven track record of scaling personal brands or businesses on TikTok and other social platforms.
Health & Wellness Focus: Passion for the health and wellness space, with an understanding of industry trends.
Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize content.
US Cultural Awareness: Understanding of trends, styles, and audience engagement strategies that perform well in US-based markets.
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple platforms and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
