Content Creation
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube).
• Work with design tools to produce visuals, graphics, and videos.
• Write and optimize copy for posts, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice.
Community Management
• Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Proactively engage with the relevant audience communities to build engagement and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
• Organize and manage social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase engagement.
Analytics and Reporting
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across social media platforms.
• Generate monthly reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Use data to refine content and strategies, ensuring continued growth and engagement.
Collaboration
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies or freelancers, as needed.
