Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2400 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multifamily construction projects, ensuring efficient execution from planning to completion. This role requires experience with architectural, structural, and MEP plans and a strong ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multifamily construction projects from initiation to completion
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment
Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Strong understanding of multifamily construction processes
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience with Procore and CAD (preferred)
Proficiency with Excel for creating takeoffs (counting and quantifying project elements)

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working remotely with US-based teams
Background in real estate development or general contracting
