We are seeking a Scientific Publication Intern to join our team. The Scientific Publication Intern will work closely with our team of scientists and editors to support the publication of scientific manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with scientists and editors to support the publication of scientific manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals
  • Assist in the preparation of scientific manuscripts for submission, including formatting and reference management
  • Conduct literature reviews and summarize relevant research findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of scientific manuscripts
  • Maintain accurate records of scientific manuscripts and submission deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding the status of scientific manuscripts and submission timelines
  • Assist with other tasks related to scientific publication, such as proofreading and fact-checking.


Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a related field such as Science, Communications, or English
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Familiarity with scientific research and writing methods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reference management software such as EndNote or Mendeley
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
