• Conduct research on various topics related to the Jen Z demographic, including their preferences, trends, attitudes, and behaviors.
  
• Collect and analyze data using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  
• Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and other research instruments.
  
• Interpret and summarize research findings in clear and concise reports.
  
• Stay updated on current events, news, and developments relevant to the Jen Z generation.
  
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and strategies based on research insights.
  
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to ethical research practices.

Requirements

• Strong interest in the Jen Z demographic and a desire to learn more about their characteristics and behaviors.
  
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using research tools and software.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Attention to detail and the ability to organize and present information in a clear and structured manner.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis techniques is a plus.
  
• Currently pursuing a degree in Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
