Role and Responsibilities

Arch Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee the growth of the PDU/IPDU department in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in data center business and consultant product knowledge about PDU and IPDU
Be responsible for business development activities, including working with OEMs, Channel Partners, etc.
Create development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections
Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
Meet with existing and potential clients to build positive relationships
Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
Prepare financial projections and sales targets
Attend events such as exhibitions and conferences
Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
Produce reports for management
Train business developers and sales colleagues
Work in a client’s business or in an office
Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain
Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients
Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
