We are looking for an experienced Professional Recruiter to manage contract and contract-to-hire roles in corporate sectors. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in high-volume recruitment and supporting multiple corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles such as AP, AR, Customer Service, Admin, Receptionist, Help Desk or Data Entry.
- Manage massive recruitment efforts and support multiple corporate clients simultaneously.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including billing numbers.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
- Provide detailed documentation and analysis of recruitment performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment (MUST HAVE).
- Previous professional services recruiting experience for contract and contract to hire role is a must.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Ability to support multiple corporate clients at once.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is a plus.
