About Us
TableCheck is a leading restaurant technology company that helps hospitality businesses streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. Our product and development team is responsible for integrating our system with third-party platforms, including POS, Customer Data Platform, and restaurant reservation systems, ensuring seamless connectivity for our enterprise customers.

The Role
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our product and development initiatives. This role will work closely with the Product Manager to ensure smooth project execution, effective communication with stakeholders, and efficient handling of system issues and small development requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Coordination
    • Track project status, prepare reports, and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders (including enterprise customers).
    • Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear agendas and action items.
  • System Issue Management
    • Review and understand issue reports, coordinating with developers and QA engineers to drive resolution.
  • Small Development Requests
    • Work with requesters to clarify requirements for minor development tasks.
    • Coordinate with developers and QA engineers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, product coordination, or a related role in a tech-driven environment.
  • Experience using task management and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to track and manage tasks.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, file imports/exports, privacy policies, and security is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS, Customer Data Platform, and consumer-facing reservation systems (e.g., restaurant, hotel, beauty salon reservations) is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

  • Remote work is available, but you must be able to work in the Asia timezone.
