We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team. This position will be a remote role with some team members located near our London office. You will be responsible for working inbound MQLs and setting up prospect meetings for our Account Executives. You will report to our Manager of Sales Development. You'll make 200+ sequence activities per day (emails, phone calls, text messages, video messaging, LinkedIn Inmails), attempting to reach potential clients, prequalify them, and transfer leads over to an Account Executive. You will

  • Work with cross-functional teams – build relationships, Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities, achieve milestones.
  • Must have experience with technology, sales and be highly motivated to succeed.
  • 1-2 years of experience with business-to-business sales over the phone.
  • Good verbal and telephone communication skills.
  • Build partnership and trusting relationships with prospects to develop an understanding of each client's situation and convey the value of the Velocity Global services in each interaction.
  • Overcome objections given by potential clients.
  • Resolve and document each call to a lead or prospect in Salesforce.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals as assigned.

You have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io or other CRM productivity software is a plus
  • Positive attitude - no negotiation!

  • Enthusiasm for outstanding performance, striving to exceed sales targets
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
