Job Title: Wedding & Events Reservations Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a travel and hospitality company specializing in group bookings for destination weddings. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and seamless travel coordination for wedding couples and their guests.

Position Overview:

The Wedding & Events Reservations Specialist will work closely with booked wedding groups, managing their reservations and ensuring seamless communication between couples, guests, and suppliers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create memorable experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound requests and change requests in a timely manner
  • Process reservations and track booking details
  • Maintain written communication with wedding couples, guests, and suppliers
  • Provide limited phone support for key client interactions
  • Ensure high-quality service and deliver "champagne moments" to surprise and delight customers


Qualifications:

  • Great English skills (written and verbal communication skills)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in email, Google Drive/Docs, and Slack


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Interest in AI and automation for process improvement.
