Responsibilities:
• Responsible for transfer of technology from German to India for the assembly of sub-assemblies and complete machines
• Implementing the group’s worldwide off-shore-strategy at HH India
• Coordinating and working closely together with the group’s headquarter in Germany
• Leadership, planning, and development of a team
• Develop and implement a strategy for sourcing parts in India.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide solutions to management
• Perform scenario building to enable decision making.
• Develop and present strategies and implementation plans to management / stakeholders.
• Participate in Departmental Projects; Lead simple projects under regular reviews and guidance; Propose proactive course corrections.
• Conduct root cause analysis on key issues and provide solutions for the same
• Ensure all the project milestones are met by the team
Requirements:
• Relevant industry Experience of 10-15 years preferred.
• Degree in engineering or production.
• Experience in working with a German or European MNC
• Outstanding analytical and communications skills
• Highly organized, attentive, flexible, and has a sense of urgency
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
• Ability to Multitask
• Entrepreneurial spirit and vision, strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Renumeration:
• Gross per month Salary INR150,000 - INR-250,000 INR based on experience.
• Fixed food allowance/Travel bonus in case of traveling to customer site/ Training in Germany.
