Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager for a project with our client based in the United States.

Requirements for the IT Delivery Manager

• 8+ years of relevant project experience
• Proven experience in IT program delivery, with a strong track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
• Background in supply chain management; experience in traceability is a plus
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities for the IT Delivery Manager

• Lead the delivery of supply chain traceability projects, aligning with the clients' business objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement a global traceability solution.
• Develop and implement batch traceability processes to enhance supply chain visibility and reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end traceability reporting, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to supply chain traceability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
