Responsibilities:
Management of the ERP environment, including its administration, development and performance optimization.
Management of the technical team - support, mentoring and motivating employees.
Close cooperation with the finance and controlling departments in order to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
Identification of areas for improvement and implementation of changes that will increase the efficiency of the system.
Reporting to senior IT management and participation in developing the company's technological strategy.
Requirements:
Experience in managing ERP systems and leading technical teams, supported by successes in these areas.
High communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cooperation at various levels of the organization.
Knowledge of ERP system architecture, integration and optimization.
Practical knowledge of financial processes and experience in cooperation with financial departments.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
A proactive approach to work and a desire for continuous improvement.
