What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end digital projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliveries.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple projects and act as a key reference for other PMs.

• Develop strategies for website creation and optimization.

• Adapt to teams with different levels of structure and help streamline processes.

• Encourage the team to be more present at the office and foster a collaborative work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with digital projects, strategy, and website development.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.

• Adaptability to work in less structured environments and improve workflows.
