We are looking for an experienced Design Operations Manager to lead and streamline our design processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient management of design projects, fostering collaboration, and driving the overall success of our design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the design industry and a passion for optimizing workflows.
Manage and oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring timely delivery of projects and effective resource allocation.
Collaborate with design leads to define project scopes, set timelines, and establish clear objectives.
Implement project management methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the design team.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between designers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the design process, ensuring smooth project execution.
Mentor and guide junior design operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design operations and project management.
4–7+ years of experience in design operations or project management within the design industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex design projects and leading high-performing teams.
Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt to different project needs.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in design software and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Jira, Linear, etc).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
